Sherry – Propose that proposals may also be introduced or discussed at the Saturday co-ordinating meeting, since it would otherwise be fully a week between introduction of a proposal and its initial discussion.
Matt : Proposing that Occupy Tucson decide what we want to do to impact or end the drug wars ! Proposing specifically, that Occupy Tucson stand in solidarity with Javier Cecilia, proposing also, that many present DEA statutes be thrown out or allowed to lapse, and that many currently ‘illegal’ or ‘controlled’ substances be decriminalized.
Sherry : T.U.C.A.N. currently have a letter in circulation, re. prohibiting the combustion of coal by the Tucson Electric Power Company, at the [] station or elsewhere. Proposing : that Occupy Tucson endorse this letter.
