Proposal for Consensus
–Mel proposed that OT pay for classes needed in the TV productions. The check
must be written to ‘Access Tucson’ and a receipt is required. $137 for two classes. The next production class is scheduled for August 17th. – Consensus
-Sherry proposed that the GA be changed to once a week on Wednesdays at 7PM. The
proposal was tabled for lack of participants
-Bucket (not in attendance) proposed that we plan some fun activity
on a monthly basis. He suggested carpooling to Mt. Lemon, possibly
holding a GA meeting and reimbursing the drivers’ fuel expenses.A
decision will be made at a later date.
New Proposals:
-Landfill stated he would like to sell his Samsung Galaxy smart phone
to OT Tucson for $150.00.
- Patti proposed that we plan a protest for Saturday Nov. third to
coincide with concurrent protests in Wash. DC and Cannes France to
demand a Wall Street Financial Transaction Tax. In Washington DC
the group plans to march to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner’s
doorstep outside the Treasury Dept..
