Urgent Information for Every Voter!

While some wring their hands and loudly exercise their vocal chords about the tiny smattering of fraud on the part of a few voters, there is an avalanche of election rigging…. actual theft of votes after they have been cast…. that has been going on all over this country right under all our noses. Pima County was the first county in the US to take this to court. The case was regarding the $2 Billion RTA election of 2006. It was dismissed and then appealed the dismissal, and won.

Below are two links. One is for the official announcement re the next hearing of the court case re the RTA election. The allegations are that election rigging was engaged in by Pima County officials, including Huckleberry and at least one of his staff, and that it also involved State Attny Gen. Terry Goddard . The evidence sounds very strong, and includes a confession by one of the people involved.

John Brakey and the attorney Bill Risner want to have as many people present as possible, since the county has spent millions to suppress it, and the press and other media have been accommodating them in ignoring it entirely!

John says the reason the judge (Bryson) gave in dismissing the case, in July, was a circular argument….  where he first assumes what the plaintiffs will ask for regarding prospective “relief” and then he states that he will not be able to offer any such “relief”, so he would not even hear the case???!

So there is a new appeal hearing set for August 13th in Pima County Superior Court (110 W. Congress) at 2:30 PM.

This quote below is from an article by J.T. Waldron on July 17/2012:

“After speculating what the plaintiff wants, Bryson rules erroneously over the legality of their request in direct contradiction to what the appellate court had already allowed in its decision granting the hearing for prospective relief.”

This is a very important case, and we cannot let them bury it. The public must be made aware of how their votes are being literally stolen from the ballots!
